Some people say that there might be angels and demons orchestrating bad things behind the scenes. Or, it's some nefarious ET beings, or even interdimensional sinister entities that are playing deadly games on earth and beyond. Ideally, people are not to be that interested in researching the larger aspects of reality. Otherwise, they will have many more questions and doubts about the official perception of reality. People are to be locked into a particular religion or atheistic perspective. This mandate helps to limit ones curiosity or even the ability to freely seek and question everything.
