At the top left of his site, ronaldkessler.com there is, ll. It looks like the+pause+symbol, but it also looks like the symbol for the old WTC.
The current Seal_of_the_FBI was adopted in January 1941. From the perspective back then, twin bars or pillars with a blood red background wouldn't take on any extra symbolic resonance until September 2001.
The FBI-Seal hasn't been changed since 1941 & remains as is, indefinitely.
