The San Remo_building & its twin_towers were built a block north of The_Dakota. Architect Emery_Roth sure liked to design twin towers in NYC. Eventually Roth's 2 sons became part of the design team for Manhattan's tallest twin towers.
The_Majestic_(apartment_building) and its twin_towers were built immediately south of the Dakota as well.

Charles Manson had his own take on esoteric-knowledge, but threatened & abused some people & orchestrated the death of others.
He had quite the potential to become the nemesis for The Beatles & The Beach boys, but in the end he was unable to directly harm them. Even after all these years many people still don't see how extensive C. Manson's reach was.
It's fascinating to see how so many things intersect with the numbers, 9-11 & 11-22, etc.
