Art Bell returns to MITD for open lines

Is this finally the return of Art Bell? Perhaps it is, but on a very limited ongoing basis.
Even back in the mid or late 1990s, AB should have had a copilot or alternate host. That would have made it so much easier for AB whenever he was unable to host his show.
